Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website pukarags.lv and all bookings and services provided by SIA "G.M.Koks", registration number LV42103006921 ("we", "us"). By making a booking you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

We offer accommodation rentals (weekend houses, guest rooms, camping), on-site activities, and gift cards. A booking becomes binding once you have completed the reservation form and paid the required deposit. You will receive a confirmation by email.

All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include applicable taxes. A deposit of 50% of the total is paid online by card at the time of booking; the remaining balance is paid on arrival. Gift cards are paid in full at purchase.

Card payments are processed on the secure hosted page of our payment service provider, EveryPay AS (Estonia). We never receive or store your full card details. See our Privacy Policy for how payment data is handled.

Changes and cancellations are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. In short, the 50% deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, but you may move your booking to another available date without paying the deposit again. Please contact us as early as possible.

Guests agree to follow our house rules, including no pets, no smoking indoors, and observing quiet hours. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

We are not liable for loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the Republic of Latvia.
