How do I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation on our website by selecting your accommodation or camping spot, choosing dates, and filling out the reservation form. To confirm the booking you pay a 50% deposit by card, after which you'll receive a confirmation email.
What payment methods do you accept?
A 50% deposit is paid online by card (Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro) through our secure payment provider EveryPay when you book. The remaining balance is paid on arrival. Gift cards can also be used towards your booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
The 50% deposit is non-refundable if you cancel. However, you can move your reservation to another available date without paying the deposit again — please contact us as early as possible.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM (16:00) and check-out is until 12:00 PM. Please contact us in advance if you need different arrangements.
Accommodation
What types of accommodation do you offer?
We offer a weekend house (fully equipped), guest rooms (comfortable rooms in our guest house), and camping houses (cozy houses with basic amenities).
Are bed linens and towels provided?
Yes, bed linens and towels are provided in all guest rooms and the weekend house. In camping houses, bed linens are available for an additional fee (€4.50 per person).
Is WiFi available?
Free WiFi is available throughout the entire territory. Coverage may be limited depending on the number of guests.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not permitted at Pūķarags.
Camping
What camping options are available?
We offer tent spots (with or without electricity), camper/RV parking spaces, and camping cabins. All campers have access to shared kitchen, shower, and restroom facilities.
When is the camping season?
The camping season typically runs from May through September, weather permitting. Exact dates may vary each year — check our camping page for current season dates.
Can I bring my own firewood for campfires?
Campfires are permitted only in designated fire pit areas. You may bring your own firewood or purchase it on-site. Please follow all fire safety rules posted at the campsite.
Activities & Location
What activities are available nearby?
Activities include beach volleyball, swimming, sunbathing, sauna, bicycle rentals, boat rentals, bird watching, and guided tours of the Pape Nature Reserve with wild horses and European bison.
How far is the beach?
The Baltic Sea beach is just 30 meters from Pūķarags — a short walk through the dunes to the sandy shoreline.
What languages do your staff speak?
Our staff speaks Latvian, English and Russian.
