Cancellation & Refund Policy

To confirm a booking, a deposit of 50% of the total is paid online by card. The remaining balance is paid on arrival. Gift cards are paid in full at the time of purchase.

The 50% deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your booking. However, you may move your reservation to another available date without paying the deposit again. Please contact us as early as possible so we can arrange a new date.

Requests to change dates or accommodation are subject to availability. When you move an existing booking to a new date, the deposit you already paid is carried over — you do not pay it again. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them.

In the rare event that we must cancel your booking (for example, due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our control), you will receive a full refund of all amounts already paid to us.

Approved refunds are returned to the same card used for payment, via our payment service provider EveryPay. Refunds are normally processed within 14 days; the time for the amount to appear on your statement depends on your bank.

Under the Consumer Rights Protection Law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation and leisure services provided on a specific date or period. Unused gift cards may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
